This curd goes well with any lunch menu. Best with roti or rice.

So, lets get started.
1 cup Curd or hung yogurt or low fat yogurt.
1 tbs sugar
salt to taste
1 small cucumber or 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
1 tbs mustard seed
In a bowl take yogurt and whisk it well.
Add shredded cucumber in curd.
then add sugar and salt to taste.
Take mustard seed in mortar and crush them with pestle, and add it to the curd mixture.
Mix it well. and
curd is ready to serve.
Garnish with cucumber or coriander leaves.
Note: adjust consistency by adding a little water or thick yogurt.
