The one thing you’ll commonly find in every American kitchen i.e. Peanut Butter, which can easily be available in any supermarket or local store in USA. According to Wikipedia, Though Peanut butter is popular in many countries, the fact is US is a leading exporter of peanut butter. Peanut butter is made from roasted peanuts and it is a rich source of 20% or more of the Daily Value. Interestingly, peanut butter can be used in many recipes such as cookies, cakes, desserts, Granola bars, ice-creams, peanut sauce and list goes on. Let me tell you my story how I started buying Peanut butter for various recipes. I like the peanuts in raw or roasted or in boiled form. I like to add them in chaat,Thai curries, Poha or even sometimes in Porridge as well. Recently, I got a chance to visit California Pizza Kitchen and I tried Thai Crunch Salad with Peanut Dressing. Since then, I couldn’t forget the taste of that sauce. I didn’t know it can be made with Peanut butter until I made it at home, this is how I started buying Peanut Butter. So, if you are looking for CPK style Peanut dressing then this is the perfect recipe to try…  It is so delectable and goes perfect with the Salad or Wraps. The remarkable thing for this recipe is, it is so easy to make and takes a minute. So, you can enjoy the freshly made sauce in your recipes instantly. Moreover, you can make this in advance and can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
