DIY: Picture Frame and Wall clock

I hope you guys enjoyed my last DIY” Wall hanging“. Thank you so much for your love and feedback. Today, I am going to share my other DIY project i.e. Picture frame and wall clock, which I got from yard sale.

This is the easiest DIY I tried so far. Now, that summer days are here I am seeing many yard sale around. I love yard sale, it is the best place where I can find many things which I can use for my DIY projects. And I find its little economical for DIY projects. Many times I get it for free. Yes, you  heard it right.  Free. Who doesn’t like free stuffs. I usually garb them and like to do some changes on it. During this experiment if anything goes wrong I won’t be regretted. This would be my experiment so, I will have the hands on experiment and then could create new one from scratch.

And usually these items have minor defects. That can be fixed or recreate them for personal use. What can you find at yard sale? Usually, I find picture frames, Arts pieces for decoration, games and glass containers or Jars. I remember, last summer I was hanging around nearby places. And I found this kind of sale in my neighborhood. You may have heard that every town organize this kind of sale in summer. They have online page and community as well where people can post their items for free.

So, Back to last summer, as I was saying that I found many items in yard sale. I got one picture frame and Wall clock for free. I thought let me do some DIY on it. It was not that bad and usable but I wanted to make some changes to that picture frame and wall clock, according to my preference. And I made some changes.

I found a wall clock which had a Santa pic with Merry Christmas message and every hour it sounds “Ho Ho Ho”. So, basically, I can use it around Christmas time. I decided to change the pic of wall clock so, I can use them at any time of the year. so, I opened the clock (And took the pic, as showing below) and made some changes.

Like this, I found many household items. And that would be my next DIY project. So, once it’s ready I am going to share them with you guys. Until then Keep exploring!!!!

What’s your next DIY project? Did you find anything useful in Yard sale??

Thank You and “Be creative and keep experimenting”
